Spartan Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and creative UI Developer Freshers to join our development team. The selected candidates will work on designing and developing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces. Freshers will receive practical training and guidance to improve their frontend development, UI design, responsive design, and web development skills. Candidates should have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frontend development concepts, along with a strong willingness to learn. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages and interfaces. • Convert UI designs and mockups into responsive web pages. • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. • Develop responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Work with designers and developers to implement UI requirements. • Ensure websites are compatible across different browsers and devices. • Implement interactive features using JavaScript and frontend libraries. • Optimize web pages for performance, usability, and accessibility. • Identify and fix UI-related bugs and browser compatibility issues. • Maintain consistency in design, layout, typography, and user experience. • Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs when required. • Work with existing website templates and improve their UI and user experience. • Follow coding standards and frontend development best practices. • Participate in code reviews and testing activities. • Work with Git and GitHub for source code management. • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, testers, and other team members. • Learn and implement new frontend technologies based on project requirements. • Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. • Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals. • Basic knowledge of Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks. • Understanding of responsive web design principles. • Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts. • Knowledge of React.js or any modern frontend framework is an advantage. • Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON is preferred. • Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub. • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility. • Good problem-solving and debugging skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Strong attention to detail. • Creative mindset with an interest in modern web design. • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
