Spartan Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Database Administrator Freshers to join our IT and Database Administration team. The selected candidates will assist in managing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting databases used by business applications. Freshers will receive practical training and guidance in database administration, SQL queries, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, database security, and troubleshooting. Candidates should have a strong interest in database technologies, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn database administration tools and practices. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems. • Monitor database performance, availability, and health. • Create, modify, and manage databases, tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures. • Write and execute SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. • Perform database backup and recovery activities. • Assist in monitoring scheduled database backups and verify backup completion. • Identify and troubleshoot database-related issues. • Monitor database storage, performance, and resource utilization. • Assist with database performance tuning and query optimization. • Manage database users, roles, and access permissions. • Support database security and access control activities. • Maintain database documentation and technical records. • Assist developers in resolving database-related application issues. • Support database migration and data transfer activities. • Perform data validation and ensure data integrity. • Monitor database logs and investigate errors when required. • Follow database administration standards, security policies, and best practices. • Participate in database maintenance and upgrade activities. • Work with development and IT teams to support application requirements. • Learn and implement new database technologies based on project requirements.
