Spartan Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Power BI Developers / Data Analysts to join our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team. The selected candidates will work on developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. Freshers will receive practical training and guidance in data preparation, data modeling, DAX, SQL, Power Query, dashboard development, and business reporting. Candidates should have a strong interest in data analytics and visualization, good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn modern Business Intelligence tools. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. • Understand business requirements and convert them into meaningful reports and visualizations. • Import, clean, transform, and prepare data using Power Query. • Create data models and establish relationships between datasets. • Write DAX formulas and measures for data analysis. • Develop charts, graphs, KPIs, tables, and other visualizations. • Work with SQL databases and write queries for data extraction. • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports. • Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability. • Create and maintain Power BI datasets and reports. • Assist in publishing and maintaining reports on Power BI Service. • Apply appropriate filters, slicers, drill-throughs, and interactive features. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other team members. • Troubleshoot data, report, and visualization-related issues. • Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and data sources. • Follow data security, reporting standards, and company guidelines. • Learn new Power BI features, tools, and data analytics techniques. • Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
