Spartan Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Agentic AI Developers to join our Artificial Intelligence team. The selected candidates will work on developing intelligent AI agents and AI-powered applications that can understand tasks, reason over information, use tools, interact with APIs, and execute multi-step workflows. Freshers will receive practical training and guidance in Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, Python, vector databases, RAG, and AI automation. Candidates should have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and emerging AI technologies, along with good logical thinking and problem-solving skills. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent agent workflows. • Build and test AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks. • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. • Develop prompts and optimize them for different AI use cases. • Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and external tools. • Develop AI workflows using Python and relevant AI frameworks. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. • Work with vector databases and embeddings for information retrieval. • Build tool-using AI agents and workflow automation solutions. • Integrate AI applications with third-party APIs and services. • Test and evaluate AI agent responses and application performance. • Debug AI workflows and resolve technical issues. • Work with structured and unstructured data. • Maintain documentation for AI applications and workflows. • Collaborate with software developers, data professionals, and product teams. • Participate in research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies. • Learn and implement new AI frameworks, models, and tools based on project requirements. • Follow software development and coding best practices. • Complete assigned AI development tasks within defined timelines.
