Spartan Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Application Support L1 / DevOps Freshers to join our IT Operations team. The selected candidates will provide Level 1 application and production support, monitor applications and systems, troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist with deployments, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams. Freshers will receive practical training and guidance in application monitoring, Linux, cloud technologies, deployment processes, log analysis, incident management, and DevOps practices. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor applications, servers, services, and system health. • Provide Level 1 support for application and production-related issues. • Analyze application logs and identify basic technical issues. • Respond to incidents and service requests within defined timelines. • Perform basic troubleshooting of application and system issues. • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support or development teams. • Monitor scheduled jobs, services, and application processes. • Assist in application deployments and release activities. • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Work with Linux servers and execute basic Linux commands. • Monitor CPU, memory, disk space, and application availability. • Assist with database and connectivity-related troubleshooting. • Perform basic application health checks. • Maintain incident, issue, and support documentation. • Follow standard operating procedures and IT support processes. • Coordinate with development, QA, database, and infrastructure teams. • Participate in production support and maintenance activities. • Assist with backup, monitoring, and recovery activities when required. • Learn and implement DevOps tools and technologies based on project requirements. • Work in rotational shifts or support schedules when required. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems. • Basic knowledge of application and server monitoring. • Understanding of software development and deployment processes. • Basic knowledge of Git and version control. • Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts. • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of Docker is an advantage. • Understanding of networking concepts such as HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and ports is preferred. • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Willingness to work in shifts when required. • Willingness to learn new technologies and DevOps tools. • Positive attitude and strong commitment to work.
